This is the one booking that uses the whole property in a single evening, and the one we recommend for a first visit if you can only do one night here. It starts with dinner on the restaurant’s roof terrace timed to the sunset — we adjust the seating time weekly against the actual sunset table rather than a fixed hour, since it shifts by nearly two hours across the season.

Once it’s fully dark we move the group up to the observation lawn for a shortened stargazing session (roughly 90 minutes, the same two telescopes as the standalone stargazing experience but a tighter script given the fuller evening), then walk back down to the dock for a closing bioluminescence paddle — by this point your eyes are already fully dark-adapted from the stargazing session, which guests consistently tell us makes the glow on the water look even more vivid than the standalone paddle earlier in the evening.

We only run this as a small-group booking, both because coordinating dinner timing against sunset for a large party gets logistically messy and because the whole point is one continuous, unhurried arc rather than three separate scheduled activities bolted together.
